Founded in 1970, Grupo Solquim is one of the leading polymer and solvent distributors in Mexico and Latin America. We are authorized distributors for PEMEX Petrochemicals and other suppliers and we serve a wide variety of clients in sectors such as plastics, coatings, paint, dry cleaning, hardware stores and graphic arts.

Solquim's Polymer Division is a key player in the plastics sector nationwide. We offer a wide range of polyethylenes and polypropylenes from PEMEX and other large suppliers' catalogues, suitable for all types of applications in the plastics industry.

In business since 1982, our Solvents Division has become one of the most highly regarded suppliers in Mexico. We offer a wide-ranging solvent catalog, from basic aliphatics and perchloroethylene for dry cleaning, all the way to specialized blends for industrial use. We also produce our own range of branded and customized thinners and solvents for use in the paint, coatings and hardware markets, both in Mexico and Latin America.

Our solid infrastructure guarantees reliable, first-rate service in the delivery of any of our products: polyethylenes, polypropylenes, or any of our solvents, such as thinners or naphtha gas. We also have a polymer (polyethylene and polypropylene) bagging facility as well as large warehouses and tanks with more than a million liter storage capacity. We serve international customers in both Latin America and the United States. Our logistics department specializes in the efficient distribution of our products, from bulk orders to small packaged deliveries, whether in drums for solvents or bags for polymers.
